Advanced Technology Group - GTS
The four partners in the project are four of Denmark's nine GTS institutes. The purpose of the GTS system is to enhance the development and exploitation of leading-edge technologies in Danish industry. GTS institutes are not-for-profit and their purpose is to create more innovative and competitive Danish companies.
GTS is an abbreviation of “Godkendt Teknologisk Service” which is translated as “approved technological service provider”. The GTS institutions are embedded in the Danish Minstry of Science, Innovation and Higher Education and with a total of 2900 employees they constitute the basis for technological infrastructure in Denmark.
The main purpose of the GTS institutes is to develop state-of-the-art technological services based on reseach. These services must subsequently be sold at market rates.
